The Aboriginal Commission on Human Rights & Justice provides support, research, and analysis to prevent and/or intervene on crimes against Aboriginal people as well as to advocate for positive race relations.
ACHR&J works closely with community partners on issues of discrimination, anti-racism, and human rights through participation on various committees such as the management team of                                     ACHR&J also advises the Aboriginal Relations Community Group of the Edmonton Police Service on protocols regarding reporting and investigating cases involving missing women.
